Located conveniently off of FM 528 (Parkwood Drive) in Friendswood, TX, Dr. Soto treats patients from all over the Bay Area including Alvin, League City, Webster, Clear Lake, Friendswood, Houston and Pearland.

Medical Training and Awards Dr. Soto completed his family medicine residency at San Jacinto Methodist Hospital and Baylor College of Medicine, where he was awarded the I-CARE Values Award. He received his medical degree from Universidad Central Del Este in the Dominican Republic and then completed additional education at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Florida.

Early Background and Memberships Dr. Soto was born and raised in Cuba where he finished his undergraduate studies and initial medical education. He is a member of the American Academy of Family Practice, American Medical Association, the Harris County Medical Society of Family Physicians, American Professional Wound Care Association, and a member of the Board of Directors of the Houston Metropolitan Health Network.

Ongoing Training in Smart Lipo and Dermal Fillers Dr. Soto also has training in General Aesthetics Medicine and Laser Assisted Lipolysis. He was trained by one the pioneers of Laser Lipo, Dr. Dwight Reynolds, and was named as one his "Talented 25" elite physicians. Dr. Soto also has training in Botox Cosmetics and Dermal Fillers.
